Acer has unveiled its Liquid E1 smartphone, a mid-range device running the Android Jelly Bean operating system. It has a 4.5-inch 960 x 540 touchscreen, dual-core 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 5-megapixel rear camera. There’s a 0.3-megapixel camera on the front for video calling.
Other specs include 4GB of on-board storage, a 5-megapixel camera and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing snapper for video conferencing.It has 4GB of on-board storage with a microSD card slot, although there’s no word yet on what size it is capable of going up to
The Liquid E1 is likely to compete with the LG Nexus 4 smartphone as a mid-range offering powered by Jelly Bean.its measurements are 132 x 68.5 x 9.9mm and it weighs 130g.The Liquid E1 smartphone is expected to be showcased at the Mobile World Congress on next month.
